Paolo Granelli

Paolo Granelli

An industrial designer with a passion for cars, Paolo studies and graduate in industrial Design at Politecnico di Milano. In 2000-2001 he is an intern at the Fiat Group Advanced Design Centre in Arese (MI), where he developed a new concept for Lancia named Antithesis, making a 1:1 scale model of interior and exterior. Due to this result In 2002 he is hired by I.DE.A. Institute in Turin. In 2003 he signed the Fiat Panda Marraketch prototype, presented at Geneva International Motor Show of the same year. One year later he was hired by Fiat, designing for Lancia centro stile. In 2005 he is

back to Geneva International Motor Show, exhibiting his prototype Lancia Ypsilon Sport. In 2006 he starts working for Centro Stile Alfa Romeo, joining the team who designed the Mito. After such an achievement he decided to become a free-lance designer . In 2009 he resign from Fiat and found WOOG  starting designing and building his own furniture collection, WOOG Design Buddies, presented at the “salone del mobile” of Milan. In 2010 he is called by Politecnico di Milano to teach “history and culture of Car Design” in the Car design master sponsored by Volkswagen group. In 2011 he is also appointed professor at Car Design laboratory at Scuola Politecnica di Design of Milano at the car design master sponsored by Volkswagen group. In 2012 he found Woog srl design studio with Andrea Partesana. In 2013 he designs the 46 items new watch collection of Graziella group. In 2016 he’s appointed corporate brand coordinator of Braccialini. In 2017 he’s appointed director of style center at Quartostile srl.
